About Us
JC Beauty Spa was built on a simple idea: beauty care should feel like rest, not a queue. We are a team of five nail technicians and stylists at our nail and hair salon on Bowen Road in Nanaimo who genuinely love this work — the detail of it, the calm of it, and the people we get to meet across the table.
Many of our guests have been getting their nails done for decades and know exactly what good care feels like. That is the standard we hold ourselves to: unhurried appointments, honest advice, tools that are properly sanitized every single time, and a chair you will not want to leave.
We opened in October 2026 at 2025 Bowen Rd #2 — come say hello. Book online any time. Open Tuesday–Sunday until 6 PM.

Our Policies
Cancellations & no-shows
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule — no fees, no deposits. Missing an appointment without notice carries a no-show fee of 25% of the booked service.
Late arrivals
We hold your appointment for 15 minutes. After that we may shorten the service or rebook you.
Our work, guaranteed
Chips, lifts or lost stones within 5 days are fixed free of charge. Call first so we can set aside time.
Refunds
No cash refunds on completed services; tell us before you leave and we will make it right. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Health & safety
Every tool is sanitized between guests and single-use items are never reused. Tell us about allergies before we begin.
Personal belongings
Please keep purses, phones and valuables with you; we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.
