Do you take walk-ins?
Yes — walk-ins are welcome whenever a chair is free. Booking online guarantees your time, especially on weekends.

What are your opening hours?
Tuesday to Sunday, 9am to 6pm. We are closed on Mondays.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A missed appointment without notice carries a no-show fee of 25% of the booked service, added to your next visit. See our policies.
What if I am running late?
We hold your appointment for 15 minutes. After that we may need to shorten the service or rebook you so the next guest is not kept waiting.
Which nail and hair services do you offer?
Manicures, pedicures, Gel-X, acrylic, hard gel and Luminary nail extensions, gel polish changes and removal, foot massage, waxing, brow and lash tinting, and a hair salon for cuts, colour and perms. See Services & Pricing.

Guests come to us from across Nanaimo, Lantzville, Nanoose Bay, Cedar, Ladysmith and Gabriola Island; Parksville is about 30 minutes up the highway.
